As part of ongoing efforts to simplify export procedures, the subscription of the foreign exchange commitment, required for the export of any product or goods that are free from any right or claim, was cancelled by the circular No 8/2014 issued by the Foreign Exchange Office and the notice no. 006 / 14 of 28 March 2014 issued by the Ministry of Foreign Trade concerning the cancellation of the said subscription for the export of any product or goods that are free from any right or claim.
This circular aims to inform authorised intermediaries and exporters of goods that, following the implementation of this notice, the subscription of the foreign exchange commitment will no longer be required for the export of any product or goods that are free from any right or claim.
