Aware of the importance of land for the promotion and boosting of productive investment, an increasingly large land base in the State's private domain was mobilised to support the various projects designed to upgrade the basic infrastructure (Tangier Med, construction of new towns, etc.), and implement major development projects (Industrial Acceleration Plan, Azure Plan, etc.) as well as facilitate access to land for investors and simplify the administrative procedures related to the transfer of ownership
Moreover, with a view to strengthening the investment support mechanism, an Internet portal dedicated to industrial land has been launched for the benefit of investors (www.zonesindustrielles.ma). This digital platform aims to provide operators with the opportunity to view the commercial offers available in industrial zones to help them in their decision-making and increase the transparency and visibility of industrial land, thus encouraging investment.
